Please give me the correct procedure for getting the blip and I dont know whether I am getting a convergent or divergent focus.Since now I have not tasted any PRing success or experience.please help me.

Stereograms are the best way to check if you're using convergent or divergent focus. If it's convergent the images will look like they are hollowed into the background. Divergent they will come forward.

Really the best way to get the blip page is don't get the blip page. Just use the imaginary X technique, notice the patterns created by the white of the paper without looking directly at the page. To do that just relax the gaze,

Anyway check the link parallel viewing is what you want to do when you look at the page.
