I am considering buying the course, but I still have a lot of questions.

How long does it take to finish the program?

When do you start seeing results?

For an accomplished photoreader how long does it take to read a book? I've been reading some posts and I'm a bit cofused because there seem to be different steps.

It is quite varied, but rest assured, I've met so many who have learnt the process in a short time and many who have needed much more time (still in a matter of months) due to their set expectations, but I've never met someone who, with confidence, has not accomplished the PR process.

You have to wish for this skill and if it drives you towards it, rest assured, you will be successful.

In order to grasp photoreading, (grasshopper), you must let go of trying to learn photoreading.

If you chase it, it will move away from you. If you decide then that you will work hard, you may break a sweat and give yourself a headache through your efforts, but you will not be any closer to photoreading.

To remember it - you must forget it.

When your cup is empty - then photoreading can fill it.

Your questions, while they are reasonable, for the most part, will have to set aside if you really want to understand photoreading. My little attempt at humor above, does actually speak truthfully about photoreading. The process can be well worth it if you are able to relax and have fun with the process.

Depending on your approach. If you do the course as instructed you will photoread and activate 3 books by the finish. Totalling about 12 hours. That is about 8 hours working with the course and approximately 4 hours fully activating 3 books.

Naturally the span of that 12 hours will be up to you and after completing the course once you may want to repeat it a couple of times.

Another question.

If you have mastered photoreading, can you read all books at the same speed. What if you read something very technical that you have no knowledge of at all.

If you photoread a finance textbook, you may get an idea of the difinitions and theories, but how would you understand the formulas. Do you have to reread the book a few times before you completely understand it?

You photoread books at about one page per second.

Activation takes as long as you need to get the information that you want from a book. Books ouside you experience or knowledge area will naturally take more time than a field that you already know very well.

With photoreading you will finish the book in 1/3 to 1/5 or even 1/10 the time it take you to finish it now.

The time it takes to walk a mile depends on the layout of the land. If there is a well worn path it will take less time than if the terrain is rough. You'll find that a good reader will take that into consideration when they activate a book. It depends on what you want/need to know and the amount of time you have available.

Alex...as you practice more and more, the activation time becomes less and less, right?

Photoreading as it is for the beginner is a much different experience for Photoreading as an expert...am I correct?

Swimming for a beginner is different as is swimming for someone with more experience.

A beginner dog paddles his way across a pool often having to climb in and out before they have the strenght to do the whole lap in one go.

Perhaps photoreading is like river rafting you learn how to best handle different water flows by experiencing them. No matter what level of expertise you can find yourself dumped into the water anytime. Even as an expert there are times you have to go back to the basics.
