I find when I preview, questions fly into my head like a swarm of bees. I know from this fly by attack, that I want to read those sections. I do have enough time to write the TW's down and preview at a comfortable pace. Is it ok to formulate my questions during a postview or is it adventageous using the trigger words

Lsd; you do not want to get caught into too much detail too soon. You want to keep your preview superficial. You want to keep your preview short & sweet. Read Paul Scheele's comments on previewing & postviewing in the Photoreading book 3rd edition.

ps; Paul Scheele says a beginning photoreader will take about 5 to 8 minutes to preview a book. A advanced photoreader will take about 1 to 3 minutes to determine whether they want to go further with the rest of the system.

I like postviewing better, gives me a more familiar feeling to the book. Is it ok to write down my trigger words during postviewing instead?

Yes; just write the trigger words during the postviewing.
