Hi Pete
Can you please tell me if it is absolutely safe to listen to different paraliminal tapes, one each day? I listen to them at night before going to sleep and may not have a specific goal in mind when I listen to the tapes(except the NBG) Is this ok or do I have to take a break now and then? Please advice

Once a day?? Heck, you can listen to three a day or more (assuming that they're toward a common goal). Once a day is just fine; there's no reason to listen to any less. However, it's usually good to have something of a goal in mind when listening to the tape, or at least a REASON to do so. Just call up Dana and he'll lead you through the torturous "so you can do what??" routine, but that's another story.
