Cameron,
In a recent post you mentioned improving eye sight that would be regarded impossible by conventional medicine. I wonder if you could suggest any unconventional or "semi-paranormal" method for improving eye sight? Thanks!

I am currently following (though not as consistently as I'd like because of school commitments) a book by Dr. Jacob Liberman called Take Off Your Glasses and See. He integrates the-established Bates method with his body-mind approach to healing both "innher" and outer vision. This may appeal to you, but if you're not willing to follow a body-mind approach, you'll find many books based on the Bates method. There's pleanty to read up on Yet I didn't even know it existed a few months ago!

Cameron,
Thank you so much for the quick reply! I will do some research following your recommendations. I've always wished to get rid of my glasses. :-)

I broke my glasses over a little while back, and decided not to purchase anymore.

I tried the Bates method and my eye sight definitely improved.
I got no headaches, and mainly felt fine, but I couldn't pick out details i.e. watch the tv and see it with clarity, or read small print from a screen/book from a few feet away.

I decided to stick with it, but I started a new job, which required that I could see things from a distance quickly, so glasses were a must.

I felt bad giving up, and spending 120 quid on a pair of specs

When I went to get my eyes tested for my new glasses, I was surprised to find out that my prescription had not changed a bit.
This really puzzled me, I was sure that there would have been an improvement.

Anyway I'm going to keep on trying with the Bates method, I'm certain that one day I'll be able to do without my glasses.

Good luck all
