Hello All:
Does anyone knows where to get some sample of mindmap of scientific text book such as mathematics or physics. I wonder to know how to make an efficient scientfic mindmap.

Look at flow charts that's what they've been using long before the word mind maps came along.

Formulae need to be made "Student-Friendly" to remember them better.
For scientific formulae, I substitute images for symbols. For example, 2Pi translates into two berry pies (Try resonant frequency: One over Two Pie Root FL - we start with Venus Williams slamming two pies over the tennis net, before tripping over a root. From the F and L one could make up an expletive...) Sigma turns into a Sikh with a turban on his head, and so on - makes learning a lot of fun; the more ridiculous, the better.
Alex, I hadn't even thought of flowcharts as primitive mindmaps, but I learn a lot from your posts (as well as the others, of course!) - one could add colour and cartoons to spice it up a bit...
