But when I am "reading" like this, I usually develop a habit that read the passage word by word sometimes. Or I could just see blurr image, it is still alright...?

Turn the book over it's reminds you not to start reading. Also say the chant and keep turning the pages. If you find yourself pulled into reading turn the pages faster.

Yes; it is all right if you just see the blurred image. Your other than conscious mind is still processing the information even though the information on the page is blurred.

Blurr image...I mean all the text are blurred just like someone with longsight read normally without glasses, it that still the same?

Don't force it but yes it's blurred.

Don't worry about the conscious mind understanding it it's the non conscious mind that takes care of it.

When it comes to activation you'll see it with a normal focus.
