What is the difference between the Self-study pack and the book? Can I buy them at London or Oxford?How Much? Can I just buy the pack w/o the SuperChanger and Natural Brillance Book?

The Self study Pack is a pack not sold in bits and pieces.
You can get them from local distributors in some countries but you need to remember cost is often different as well as you miss out on some of the support and email tips.
