I am getting better at photofocusing but I still have a few questions about it.
Paul talks about how the text in a book looks like while photoreading. He says that there is a clarity to the text.
There is a good exercise for learning parallel viewing (divergent gaze) and it's called the "Dots" method
(you can find it on this page http://www.vision3d.com/dots.html). Basically you have to look at the space between these eyes or dots that serve as training wheels for learning parallel viewing. If done correctly a third eye will emerge. Now I can get that gaze and ofcourse the third eye, sometimes I get four eyes and I have to focus my eyes so I only see three eyes. The eye in the middle is 3D, it's almost coming out of the screen or page.
But the problem is when looking at text; the end of the sentences overlap, a few words on the right of each sentence are duplicated so to speak.
Do I have the proper gaze/focus? This happens when I read a book and when reading on the computer. When I'm reading a book the sentences from the left page of the book overlap on the blip page. And I should mention that my right eye is slightly weaker than my left.
