I recieved the Photoreading complete course as a Christmas present 2002. I reviewed it and put it on the shelf, thinking I'll get to it when I have time.
This summer 2004 I found time and started the program. I followed the insructions step by step and when I finished I started reading 5 books I have wanted to read. I plowed through them. I soon realized my mind is stimulated. Photoreading is unique.
I ask myself "why did I wait"?

I wish I had the same easy experience as you... you're lucky. I started about a month ago and I still can't really get the hang of it. Photofocus is still a puzzle to me... when I see the blip page as I'm supposed to, everything's merged and fuzzy, but in another method where I see everything on both pages at once almost sharply, there is no blip page. Bahh.. do you have any instant messager programs or anything? I'd appreciate it if I could get some real-time help from people who know how to photoread.

I always PREPARE by relaxing to enter Acceleration Learning State (Try the Deep Relaxation tape, it helps) and what is my purpose.
I PREVIEW the book.
I then PHOTOREAD the book.
I put the book down, close my eye's to ACTIVATE (bridge my subconscious with my conscious). My mind is stimulating.
I take a rest (30 minutes) then RAPID READ.
Relax. Drink water. Enjoy.
MEMORY SUPERCHARGER tape is superb.

MIND MAPPING is like opening a window and viewing everthing all at once.
Outstanding!

I am glad to read about someone having phenomenol results with the system AFTER trying it and following the system as it is written without trying to find shortcuts.

It's great to see that your getting results.
I know it's frustrating that you didn't start earlier, now you realise how effective PR is.
Just put that behind you and concentrate on your future goals.

I've never really got the hang of mind mapping.
I'm always too static with it.
Any tips Investor50?

I'm ready

Mihasiu,

Use the imaginary X technique don't get hung up on photofocus.

When you see the blip it is fuzzy so that's right. When you use the imaginary X-technique there is no blip.

Email me. If you want help my address is under my profile.

Just keep mind mapping flex22. I wasn't a big fan of them in the beginning but just using them no matter how unlike those nice mind maps that tend to be published look they proved very functional. The only thing I really did was use colour to keep the concepts together.

Something I've been learning about the eyes is the very interesting fact that we don't conciously use the amazing abilities that our eyes have. Just like the brain subconcious that we're trying to tap into, we need to learn to control our eyes.
To get the perfect blip page and photofocus, you first need to be able to control the divergence and convergence of your eyes, so you can lock in a good blip. The second thing is harder, it's to let your eyes develop their focus independently. If your one eye can focus when the other is closed, then why can't they both focus when you diverge your gaze? They can! But it takes some practice. And then more practice. It is very possible though...
