what did you mean by "activation passes"?
does it mean superreading, dipping, and rapid reading?
oh yeah and can one only use super reading only?

im pretty sure the book covers both of those questions.

activation passes is using whichever type of activation that works best for you. Most of the time you use Superreading and dipping, but rapid reading works just as well.
You probably don't want to superread only because the point of superreading is to give your mind the chance to show you information relevant to your purpose. if you do not dip at all, you will take longer to activate all of your relevant information. Just let your mind guide you to what that information is.
