I'll suggest you do a search of the forum and you'll find lots of post.

The gist of the 5 day program is to PR at least 5 books each day for 5 days. Each day you spend 20 minutes activating one of the books. The same book each day.

So after 5 days, you've done the PRing step 5 times for each of the five books, and you've had 5 activation sessions with the same book. This is only a 30 minute commitment for 5 days.

Just use the PRWMS just the way the book says. Don't skip anything. Don't worry about anything. Don't think you know what will happen. Just do it and observe your results.

I think if you do this you'll be pleasantly rewarded.

You are perfection.

I that anyone interested in the 5 day test read page 76 of the PhotoReading book.

The five day test is with one book over 5 days.

You spend about 20 to 30 minutes a day activating that book. At the end of 5 days you will have spent about 2 hours and some minutes with the book. The first day you Prepare, Preview, PhotoRead, so you only spend about 15 minutes with the book on the first day. Days 4 to 5 are activation so you apply the activation steps.

On the 5th day you consider what you got out of the book. You can compare that time with you traditional reading technique. That is compare what chapter you would be up to in that 2 hours or so.
