I see that most of the PR techniques deal with normal books and 2 facing pages. How does it work with electronic books? I have some pdf's that I would like to PR and after talking to flex22 I can set the reader to flash the pages at 2 second intervals on the screen. The problem is, in full screen mode it only comes up with 1 page at a time. Does anyone have a workaround for this or is PR'ing 1 page okay?

Just tap the page down key it's faster and PhotoReading just one page at a time is acceptable. You can do it faster than 1 page per second on most computers.

Would I use photofocus (blip) or the imaginary x?

Use what works for you. You won't get the blip but you use the same focus.
