Sure you can!!!! If you can count, One One
Thousand, Two One Thousand, Three One Thousand, Four One Thousand, Five One Thousand, Six One Thousand, Seven One Thousand, Eight One Thousand, Nine One Thousand, Ten One Thousand, Thats 10 seconds that you've counted out. That's plenty of time to scan down the center of the page. Try it, and tell me if you still can't complete a page within 10 to 30 seconds.

Superreading and Dipping does not necessarily come easy for many people and they are better off skittering it takes a few seconds longer but gives them more satisfaction in their reading comprehension. Skittering will take 14 to 30 seconds per page.

Remember also in the Superreading and Skittering during the initial activation you are not trying to take it all in in one go.

The aim is to build your understanding of what the author is talking about by questioning the author then going to where the answer is ant focus on that part of the book. Not everything is relevent.
