hi all,

In the past I could never bring myself to see the blip, and had to make an effort to defocus my eyes for 3D vision. Recently, I accidentally got it. I saved a picture that I really loved as a screen background icon on my computer. So that I would have the whole sreen filled with small icons (about 1 by 2 inches size). Then, one time I was seeting and just looking at the pictures, with my mind free of thoughts. then suddenly the picture came alive: it became real, sharp, 3 dimensional much better quality and was just kind of floating in the air - I realized that my vision was focused in a different way than I usually have it when reading. I tried to look at a page with printed words and couldn't make out single words ealisy - and it seemed like the kind of sight Paul describes for photoreading. After som e practice it became easy to focus sight this new way.

I think the key was that I really loved the picture, so I was able to meditate on it, empty my mind, relax but at the same time be intensely present as I was looking at the screen.

I hope this might help somebody. A fun thing to do anyway. Its amazing how much more real the picture becomes when I look at it this way, I see all shades and almost feel that I can look behind the image, like in real life if only I walk around the screen.

Best wishes,

Nick

when you saw the blip, did you see every 2"x1" image, or was it one big detailed one?

one that I was directly looking at, the rest were on a background around it. this one was kind of floating in the air in front of the screen like a 3d holographic image.

best wishes,

Nick
