Hey. I heard about RP just a few days ago, and I got very intrested. I'm thinking of ordering the kit, but first I have a question. The first is how long it can take to get good at PR? what is your own experiences? How fast can you read after the time you trained?

Thank you // Viggo

The course takes about 12 hours to do. You'll be getting through your reading material in 1/3 the time by the end of the course if you do the exercises as you go along.

How long it takes for someone to make it a habit and feel comfortable with the process. That's up to the individual. It takes 21 to 30 days of daily use to make something a habit.

Ah okey thank you for the response. But I've read that you can read up to 25k words/min? Does this take like years of practice or how can you get yourself to get to that speed?

It's PhotoRead at 25,000wpm - not read.

We teach you the PhotoReading Whole Mind system. PhotoReading is only one step of the 5 step system. When you learn the system so you will be able to finish a book in 1/3 the time it take you to traditionally read the book with the same or better comprehension.

Ah yeah but I meen the whole Self-study kit(245$). There you say that the Whole-mind book comes with it. So doesn't it have all the steps on it to read that fast? If there isn't, where can I learn the next four steps?

A lot of people learn from the book. If cost is an issue get just the book. The main thing is to follow the steps.

Thank you for the answer, but what I want to know is if all the five steps are included in the kit for 245$ or is it just step 1/5?

All of them. You can get the book too. I'm not sure how much it is, but probably close to the price of most books, maybe $20-$30.

Buy the book.

That way you'll get fully acquainted with the system and see if it is for you.

Basically, you "photoread" which is going through the pages of a book quickly with a soft focus and in a mild trance state. The rest of the techniques involve various forms of "activation" and reading (more familiar to most people as skimming, speed reading, and normal reading).

Basically, the approach is to be flexible and goal oriented in your reading method. The photoreading stage is where you expose information to your mind at a rate faster than your conscious mind can comprehend. Comprehesion of certain parts pertaining to your goals comes from subsequent steps.

The "photoreading" step does not have to do with a photographic memory. The course does not teach you to have a photographic memory. It does not have to do with instantaeous comprehension of anything. It is simply providing information to the "preconscious processor" in the brain.

You could say that the term "photoreading" would be a bit of a misnomer and in my opinion you'd be right. But the technique has a lot to offer, so I'd suggest buying the book if you're curious.

The personal course goes much more in depth and helps you really explore each step and develop your skills in a deeper and broader fashion.
