If you can read, you can PhotoRead. You might need to adjust to what you find more comfortable.
Even with regular vision we could argue that it is difficult to read the newspaper while standing up because the text gets too small but we can still PhotoRead it.
How small a print can we read? Well as an example "We the sons of Scotland..." is printed on one side the Australian Ten Dollar note. The third line is one of the first with Ten Dollars repeated across the line. (This might come as a surprise to a few Aussies.)
I don't wear glasses I can see and read it (it isn't the easiest thing to read but not impossible). No one else in my family has been able to see it. So it really is necessary to explore how far you can really go with your personal limitations. It is the mind that reads not the eyes.
No, PhotoReading does not restore sight to normal but it may make it easier than struggling with slow reading because of the physical limitation of the foval vision. The peripheral vision may be functioning a lot better and with PhotoReading you can use this to your advantage.
