I was in a used bookstore in the Twin Cities yesterday, not really looking for anything, but as I meandered around, I had been vaguely wondering what section that books by Win Wenger would be in.
After walking around for 20 minutes or so I wandered into the 'clearance section' of the store. At that point I remembered reading about someone (Paul's wife?) who went into a book store, got into photofocus, and consequently went straight to the book they were looking for.
I diverged my eyes for probably 5 seconds and gazed at the stacks, not expecting anything to "happen," just checking it out. I walked up to the books and looked around for 5-10 seconds and all of a sudden I was face-to-face with "The Einstein Factor" by Win Wenger. "Oh, wow..." came out of my mouth and I could feel my eyes open about 6 inches wide.
Mind you, when I went to the clearance section, and when I got into photofocus, I was NOT concentrating on Win Wenger books at all. It had been more of a fleeting thought when I was first walking around the store.
Pure chance? Maybe, but I doubt it. I just thought it was really cool that another "proof" of the legitimacy of photoreading/direct learning had happened right before my very eyes!
P.S.(The book was almost new, with no marks, creases etc, and I got it for 80 cents!)
