Im a beginner and i have just read the PR book and there is one thing i didn't understand. When i am in the photofocus and see the blip page and start PR where in the book should i look? should i look in the center of the book on the blip, the center of each page or should i look at both pages each and move my eyes up and down each page while in photofocus???

I try to look in the center of the blip page and think of the open book like a complete picture in black and white, kind of how you'd look at a painting.

When you see the blip page you notice both pages at the same time without moving your eyse up and down.

Ideally you look at about the center crease of the book. It is okay to look over the top if that's how you got the blip page. In time you'll move down to the center of the book to keep the bottom in view.

It's a steady gaze so you don't need to move your eyes up and down over the pages but do remember to blink.
