I cannot see the 3D image. I can see the 2 dots become 2 but this keeps on changing from 2 and 3 dots and then it makes me dizzy.

Also I cannot see the blip page. I know its not neccesary to see the blip page but imagining that there is a cross is also difficult because you are told to relax, look at 4 corners of the book, see the white spaces and at the same time chant.
I cannot do this all at the same time.

Like learning to do everything you need to do to drive a car. What seems overwhelming at first becomes so natural that you do it without thinking about it.

It's okay, let your thoughts jump from one to the other checking that you are doing it.

Here you apply NOPS. Hint activate (or quickly read) the question and answers chapter to find out what NOPS is.

Thankyou Alex.
I forgot about NOPS as I was writing the post.

However, do you have any other suggestions on how I can see the 3D image?

Play with stereograms from the web. 3D images
I like this site it offers a few other options for how to see them http://www.vision3d.com/3views.html

You're aiming for parallel vision.
