In "Have difficulty regaining focus after PR" http://www.learningstrategies.com/forum/ubb/Forum8/HTML/000940.html

>>"Betty Edwards" technique: notice the four corners, an imaginary "X" and the white space (negative space) on the page.

I know "blip page", but I need 'X' technique for computer reading.

I just CAN'T see (imagine) that 'X' in the page?!?!

Do you see words clearly when you try 'X' technique?

And does it mean that I need to look through computer screan when I try 'X' technique?
When I try 'X' technique I somehow get myself to look beyond (through the center) computer screan or beyond single-sheet paper? And all words are blurred. Is it OK?

It's an imaginary X, it's there as long as you imagine it's there.

Don't try so hard, just soft focus is enough.

Same as for the book you look beyond the text not at the text.

Activate. you'll have your answer.
