They say words are weapons. Sharper then a double bladed sword. We all know this to be true. A word holds MEANING. People use the words meaning to attack people, make fun of them and belittle them. All words have a heirachy of important to us, individually.
For example, if I happen to say the word BIG when describing an apple, and there are two people I am talking, where one has a normal sized nose and one has a huge nose, then I can guarantee that the word BIG envokes more emotion in the person with the big nose. They will know the word painfully if the have not come to terms with their appearance. This applies across the board with everyone. We all have special words we dont like hearing. The person with the ordinary nose would probably not even recognised the word. Are you understanding what I am saying so far.
Ok, back to your question. During the preview step of the PWMS certain words will catch your attention. I am telling you they will. These are trigger words. They hold MEANING. They give you a 'sense' of what is about to come if reading further takes place. This is what I believe those people are truely referring to.
Pete mentioned in a post a while back, that he photoread a novel (put it into his memory to be processed by the OTC) and dreamt about a particular scene. I think it was about being chased in an airport. The OTC has been used to describe an unknown quantity that exists within us. Knowbody knows how it works. Its like there is another you working behind the scenes doing all the work and not getting any acknowledgment.
I myself do believe there is something there, and yes, I get nervous sometimes about the implications for such a thing to exist.
