Instead of a tangerine you should imagine you wear a hat (not unlike mexican sombrero) and there is a parrot on this hat behind your head.

LOL an ordinary baseball cap works.

to trigger the tangerine technique touch the top back part of your head. Where the hair usually sticks up first.
