It was all well when I preparing with the tangerine method and the relax method. But when I started PR, my inner mind started to notice spontaneous songs singing. It's hard to get rid of. I reviewed the PR book there was this one practice mentioning to PR a book then feel what kind of ambient it created, was it like this? And I also flicked through this forum and there are people who can hear even person in the book speaking? What should I do now?

If the song is repetitive and simple like the nursery rhym Twinkle Twinkle Little Star which ou can find a page turning rhythm to use it as your chant.

Even saying the alphabet over and over is fine just keep it simple and let it help you to stay relaxed.

If is a complicated song with a lot of lyrics just gently remind yourself that you're PhotoReading right now and come back to the chant suggested.
