mind mapping when done after SR/D (even after rapid reading or normal reading) enhances long-term retention of what u have learned. It is also possibble to see how your inner-minds tends to relate- associate chunks of info, what parts are clear and what parts need a second-look ONLY by mindmapping AFTER reading. But for long texts or chapters with lots of important points u can map while reading then re-organise yr map as if u are drawing it for the first time. OR u may map major branches after yr preview, add main points after reading and add details on a second SR/D or RpdR session have fun be flexible...
