Hello everyone, I bought the GC and recieved it last night, now I'm processing till the technique 'Over The Wall'.

I would like to ask for some solution because sometimes I try do IS or OTW, I found something caming on my mind, that is not funny at all, because it was a scary face. I don't know how to described the face, it was ugly, scary, I'm a medical student and I think I already get used of those dead body and the face, but those appeared in my IS and OTW was different, prehaps I should said, it was not look like human. ( is it the actual form of me, myself ? )

Thank you and takecare.

Eguard, complete the image stream, ask the image why it is there. The reason it is there could be very straight forward. If it is at the beginning of the image stream it could just be representing your current fear about the issues keep going and see how it unfolds... when you make notes of your image stream ... make notes of the feelings that the images brought up.

From the way you describe it I get the impression it represents your fears. However go through the image stream ask the image why it is there, to change into another form so that you can understand the message it has for you. Obviously you are ready for the message otherwise it won't show up. So follow through, decode what it means.

Thank you AlexK,

And I have some more question, that is do we need to make note when doing IS and OTW? I mean writing down the describtion on a sheet of paper, or just described lough is enough ? I just described lough when I do the first 3 tape, if I'm doing wrong, do I need to start again from the begining ?

Thank you.

When you do it with the course it is enough to talk out loud. It just helps if you record your image stream into a tape recorder and afterwards write it down.

Keep going with the course. You own it and get to listen to it all again whenever you want. Some things make more sense when you move on so keep going

Thankx Alex,

And I like to ask, if I like to PR a book that I already familiar, or I read that before, do I need to preview the book first ?

If I preview one book without writing down 'key word', will it affect the result of PR ? And almost everytime I do PR, some thing else will appeared in my mind, like music, song, etc, and it affect me from paying attention to PR, anything can I do to prevent it from happening ? Or it was normal ?

Thankx again, Alex, I really don't know what else can I say to to let you know I'm really appreciates your help, Thabnk you.

You can leave the preview, do a short postview after Photoreading just to get you mind thinking about some possible questions.

If you are using photoreading for direct learning a short preview of about 2 minutes is enough. No trigger words needed and its Okay if you have read the book before.

If your mind wanders, notice the thought, they may be cues or answers to questions you asked about the book before you started photoreading. If you see a relationship you might want to go back a few pages and read what triggered the thoughts otherwise just tell yourself that you will think this later and gently draw your conscious mind back to the chant. Become aware of teh tangerine on the back of your head again, just maintain your rhythm and the blip page and there is no problem if your mind wandered for a bit.
