Amatory, not really a study now is it.
It may be written by a professor but it's really sharing some comments from other people how haven't studied PR. They just share what they've studied.
I studied speed reading before finding PRing. I'll tell you that both systems work for going through the material faster. I've even had a few really Wow experiences after getting into PR. That would defy some of the claims made in that article.
I'm still not at the level of performance I desire. But that's my fault, it's not what you know, it's not even what your capable of, it's what you do that generates results.... I need to do more.
As an analogy, ask any kid how much fun it is to ride a bike. Then compare the answers of the kids that still have mom and dad running behind them and experiencing the wipe-outs to those of kids that are building ramps to do jumps.
If you're on the outside, it's hard to say what the interior is like.
