If you have a limited amount of time to practice Qigong, should you try to do all of the exercises or stick to just doing one?

Thanks

You can do it any way you please. The important thing is that you do it. If you have a short period of time, however, you will probably experience more results by doing just one of the exercises.

Remember, you can practice Qigong anytime. When at a stop light, visualize the energy column in your torso, or move the energy through the Small Universe, or focus breathing in your lower Dantian, or breathing in energy and breathing out blockages and excess energy.

Chunyi says all day can be a Qigong practice. Most of the times I am typing here on the Forum I'm breathing into my lower Dantian.

That's an interesting concept, practicing at any time. I would like for you to expand on that if possiple. I thought I had listened carefully to the tapes. Was this discussed in one of the tapes?
Also, when I am doing the movements, it seems as if I am going to a deeper level of awareness, sort of like I do when listen to one of the Paraliminal Tapes. Is this what should be happening?
Thanks for the info.

The more you practice the deeper into the emptiness you go.

Hmmm. I don't know if practicing all of the time is actually discussed in Level One. Here's one of the advantages of the Forum.

How does observing 30 minutes of no cold water , eating, or bathroom fit in with frequent small exercise periods--such as when at a stop light? Also how does Harvesting Qi fit in? I would be rather conspicuous doing that at a stop light.
