What are the various levels of SFQ? What can be done at each level? I know that:

L1 - The Basics
L2 - Remote Healing
L3 - Group Healing

What about Levels 4 & 5? Is there a level six? CAN LSC release effective PLCs for each one?

I'm at home and do not have the content for all of the levels here.

We will be able to do Levels 1 and 2 and something beyond 2. The "beyond" will have elements from 3 and 4, but many of the elements of 3 and 4 cannot be taught without Chunyi present. We probably won't know what will be in "beyond" until we get feedback from 2. And when will it come out? Who knows. We expected to have Level 2 out last summer.

The level 2 course will be exciting. Hopefully, I'll be more proficient at level 1 by then.

Pete, how long did it take you to do the standing exercises while keeping the correct visualizations, frame of mind and breathing? I'm making slow but steady progress... but it's progress anyway. And thanks for bringing out this excellent course.

I've progressed all along. But, I got to say, I am not where I want to be by any stretch of the imagination.

I know I have not completely gone into the emptiness for any significant period of time.

I want to feel the energy surging through me without thinking about it.

Would I be happy to spend the rest of my life at the level I am at? Absolutely. Practicing Qigong gives me joy, peace of mind, balance, vitality... Chunyi says it only gets better.

Usually, I've noticed, the peacefulness I experience after the active exercises will last for approximately an hour and a half. Is there any way to extend this or will that happen in time?
It's usually such a wonderful feeling, that I wish it would last.

It will last more and more the more you practice.
