I was wondering if anyone has had any experience using SFQ with a family pet. My cat was recently diagnosed with lymphoma of his large intestine. Cortisone shots on two visits to the vets have helped. The vet advised against accupuncture, which his partner does, saying it would be too stimulating. I have tried the basic treatment found in Level 1. I don't know if doing a small universe exercise would help. Do cats have these same two conception and governing meridians? Mats, my cat, is losing weight.
I know Chunyi Li says that sometimes the energy is leaving the body because it is time for a life span to end. I want to respect that. I also want to be of service if qigong healing can make him more comfortable. Has anyone worked with lymphoma in a pet? Thanks.

Read the previous post titled plants/pets,

Even if the energy is leaving the body, you can be of help. It is not a time to stand back. You can ease discomfort, and help in the transition. Working in a loving way, in conjunction with the masters energy, asking for help in whatever you are doing, or help having the appropriate things happening, through your work, both you and your pet will
benefit.
