Well the good news is I finally checked my blood pressure and it is down. Way down 65 over 105. I attribute this to Qigong and someother diet changes. Has anyone heard of Qigong healing gum disease. My teeth aren't falling out, but I do have a problem and don't want it to get worse, so other than getting a cleaning every 3 months for awhile, which I plan to do, will Qigong help? I know that it can take away pain, and I want to believe it will, but I wanted to hear personal experience. The other post on Chronic Fatique below, was very helpful to me also as I have been trying to recover myself, thankyou.

Congratulations on your progress. I can't think of anything that qigong won't help. I see alot of posts asking if qigong will help this , or that... the answer is always yes! Believing something, and wanting to believe something , are two different things. Pay attention to the messages you are sending out to the universe. If you want to believe, then believe, no ifs, ands, or buts... This allows possibilities. Nothing to lose in this approach. It is a positive approach to self healing. Someone else's experience can affirm your choices, but you have the power to proceed and make it happen.
If you have an physical condition that is requiring focus(attention), do just that. Be aware of that area as you exercise. Let your visualizations address that area with energywork as you exercise. The movements will support whatever you visualize, as you move energy, release blockages, or bring in healing and spiritual energy to transform the condition. Continue, of course, with obvious dental care involving cleaning, flossing , etc.
The energy work focus is all you need to do, along with dental care. There are simple, more physical exercises of biting down and self massage with tongue type exercises. I looked in my files, but couldn't locate them at this time. If I run across them, I will forward them. It is just more info., and does the same thing,,,,bringing your focus and energy to that area. As I said, the energy work and normal dental care is all you need.
