I've been using accupressure to alleviate headaches and other minor aches and pains for many years now. Can I use the sword finger technique on the accupressure points?

In level II, you learn how to address blockages in the head, or headaches. Clearing
any blockages out of the four points associated with working on the head. The C7, base of the head, crown, and third eye. There is specific technique to this, especially how you approach clearing the crownpoint.
In general, you need to focus on releasing or breaking down and releasing blockages. Sword fingers can break up a blockage, or, in level I, you can use your mind's eye to release blockages as you energize your lower dan tien in the breathing of the universe. Or the same thing in the moving of yin and yang exercise and utilizing your mind's eye.
