I would be curious if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions on how Qigong is able to treat chronic insomnia/restless sleep. I have been dealing with it for most of my life and have found little relief anywhere. Needless to say, I have begun with Qigong and hope that this may be the solution I have been looking for!

This may not help, but I found that by doing SFQ, I seem to require less sleep.

I can't comment on the SFQ as I only ordered it a week ago and being in Australia it will probably take another 3 weeks until I receive it. (looking forward to it though:)

I had the same problem however, and had suffered from insomnia for many, many years. Even when I did get lots of sleep I always felt really drained. It would take 12 hours sleep to even feel as if I was charged.

Apart from improving my diet, I also began using Holosync to meditate and the results for me were immediate. An hours meditation felt like several hours sleep and I noticed that I was sleeping deeper than I ever had in my entire life. I don't get quite the same feeling of rest from my meditation now but I function very well on 6-8 hours sleep.

I have more energy than ever before in my life. I now work full time, run my own business after hours, work out nearly every day of the week, still manage to have a healthy social life and am about to start SFQ.

My life is full and enjoyable but I do have some problems with my shoulder from sitting at a computer for up to 10 hours a day. This is why I ordered SFQ, as well as for an extra boost of energy and to help others.

I wish you all the best and hopefully someone has experience with this disorder and SFQ?
