I may have a Colon infection. I'm going to see a doctor about at the end of the week.
I was wondering maybe if there's something
more specific I could do about it. I do the active exercises about once or twice a day.

The reason I think it's an infection is because I see some blood from pooping sometimes.

Blood traces can mean all kinds of things, for example 'straining' can burst the small veins in that area releasing a little blood. Your doctor will be able to make more sense of this, of course, but I wouldn't immediately imagine you have an infection unless you have other appropriate symptoms.
