Hi to all of you,

I am a newbie to this forum. I just started the 2nd Level SFQ course and have one question concerning the breast massage which was explained very briefly in the manual.
It is said to put the palm on to the nipple and massage 36 times - but my question is: Do I put my palms on there and moving the breast with my hands not leaving the nipple or do I move my hands and not the breast ??? Does that make any sense. It is difficult to explain this but maybe one of you experienced folks can help me ????

LOL and warm thanks
Nena

Unfortunately, I don't own Level 2 yet, but I'd say this is an outrage! Jeez, you'd think LSC would be kind enough to give FULL INSTRUCTION on the breat massage! Oh, the disgust!

lol

The instructions say 'hold' and 'massage',,,both words that mean contact. The adjectives 'gentle' and 'quick' are good descriptions of how one would define the contact..

There are techniques in other medical qigong systems, that circle the palm above an area to draw out a blockage and put in energy. Counterclockwise to draw out, and clockwise to put in, spiraling away from the area as you draw out the blockage...

I have no question about massage meaning contact, along with 'hold'...

Hi again..
I wanted to add, that you will benefit most, clearing yourself first, then doing this exercise. Notice that Master Lin says to do the kidney work first. It would be very effective to do this exercise, say after your active exercise, or level II active, or a level II healing on yourself, then massage. I have found many situations, where I will give a family member a shoulder or neck/back rub, as they are sore there. I am always more comfortable about the whole thing, if I first, do some clearing work on them, then massage. If there are blockages in the area I am massaging, or related places, my massage may not help, or give them a headache or something, as extra energy or a blockage, may still be in there. Also, a transformative hand, by intention, has a different hue, than a 'putting in energy' hand. Think of the sublteties and intention to your energywork,,,,the combinations of approach for maximum effectiveness..

Hi Nena:
I checked in the L2 booklet distributed during the course, and Master Lin says to hold the breasts by using the middle of the palms to 'touch' the nipples. I interpret this to mean keeping the palms 'on' the nipples and then move the palms inward 36X and then outward 36X keeping them on the nipples. After that exercise, you then 'hold' the breasts and lift them up gently and take a breath 3x. Hope that helps.
