Thank you all for sending healing my way these past two weeks. When I was at the Level 3 retreat, Master Lin agreed with my guess that I had a heart problem. He cleared a blockage for me there, and I was thrilled. However, when I got home, I still had some symptoms, and asked for healing help from you, my SFQ buddies! I also went to the doctor. Well, after a bunch of tests, they can't seem to find any heart problem now. Am I glad!!

I've still got some dizziness and shortness of breath. I've changed to a new desk, across the hall, where the air quality is a lot better. I'm hoping that will help. Quite a few people in my old office have breathing problems, so we'll see if this does the trick. Master Lin has said that enviroment causes a lot of illness. That is a "sick office", and I'm glad there was an empty desk nearby.

I'm doing my SFQ exercises every day. One thing I learned about recently is to give yourself a healing in the mirror! Try it, if you want. You can just spend 2-3 minutes doing that, and notice a difference. I'm trying to get in the habit of doing it every morning.

Thanks again for your loving gift of healing.

A great story Anita. Thanks for sharing it. I'll certainly try the mirror healing strategy.

Hi Anita,

How are you doing this healing in the mirror? It sounds like a great habit to develop.

Look in the mirror, and imagine that the person you see is someone who has come to you for a healing. You can do all the same things you would do for someone else, except it's for your own benefit.

It's really interesting to do Small Universe that way, as described in Level 2. Scan the body, as in Level 2, and do the healing the same way. I did it this morning, but forgot that I didn't have much time. it was so much fun doing it that I kept on for awhile, and then I had to kind of speed up to get out the door on time!

If you have not studied Level 2 yet, you could do the Sword Fingers technique that is described in Level 1. That works too!

Much love,
Anita
