Hi.

I have some paraliminals, but I'm not so sure about how often I should listen to them to get the MOST benefits, according to my goals...

I know, it says, that these tapes are specially designed, so that "you don't need to listen to them multiple times". But anyway, I know from other selfhelp tapes, good ones, that you should listen to them at least 5 times within the first week of use..

Maybe it's because sometimes when feelings arise of 1 step back. Then it's actually 2 steps ahead! Some days you're on top, others not. That's life. So if you maybe have listened to one tape one time, and you did not get the benefits, then you should choose a new one?!.. Or is it better to allow time to past, and see what happens after you have listened to the tape several times?

What about this procedure??
Listening to one tape 1 (or more tapes) a whole week, and then at the end of the week you witness your steps. See what did work, and what did not. (Also remember to witness your steps after each paraliminals session. dont forget that). Then after the week, you change the tapes to get the most benefits.

What is best?

****
And I have a another question to this issue.

How many tapes is the best to listen to every day, to get the most benefits? If you are listening to too many tapes a day, will your energies not get to many focused directions, so you end up in a stuck state? Let's say 10 tapes a day or so.

I know, taking action is the most important thing to do, else you get nowhere. But what procedure will give you the most benefits when using these tapes?

The advise of how often to listen to the tapes is printed on the inside cover for each tape. It will depend on the goal and the tape. Fortunately the paraliminal tapes are more effective than subliminals and other tapes that require 30 days before you start to see some progress.

Keep a written record of the tape and the goal you focus on per session to help you to notice the progress you are making. It will also allow you to adapt as you need to.

The maximum number of tapes one can listen to in my option would be 3 and each would be related to the same goal- perhaps a stage or different step of the goal. Any more than 3 per day you would be showing your inner mind your doubts about it working and you mind has a knack of producing the results that you expect not necessarily what you desire. Secondly I think 3 would be the most since we theres more to life than just listening to paraliminals hours on end. If you have a number of goals to work on make a list and prioritise which goal you want to work on first. You'll want to work on this for a few days or week until you see yourself working in the direction of the goal. Then let it flow. You'd come back to the tapes or try a different tape if you stall.

Working on any more than one major goal (long term personal goals eg. developing new skills for learning) and one minor (short term goals eg getting into habit of making the bed everyday)goal at a time becomes self defeating. Your mind has to work out how to make your new habits fit, overload it with too many directions at once and it seems to go on stike and none seem to surface.

In any case leave at least 20 minutes between listening sessions. You can use different paraliminals to help you with different stages of a goal. Best keep a journal or logbook to see what works best for you.

Thanks AlexK. I will try to se, how this way works. The tapes I used before was not subliminal, but from Paul McKenna. Indirect hypnosis (kombinede with binaural beats, paul's woice, and also sometimes multiple voices. They are really powerful too).

Is there anyone, who maybe work in a different way?

So it's not a so good idea to use, let's say, "Deep Relaxation" or "Personal Gen." etc. if you once on your way to your goal just need some relaxation or self-esteem, because that could change your "working energies"???

Anyway, the program from Paul McKanna I use is LifeWorks, and it's really life-enlightment. The tapes are really beautiful made.

And to the paraliminal tape: Relationships.

How long should u use this tape? Inside the case-cover there is no guidelines on how long to use it. A day, days?

I was thinking, if you u want to attract some people into your life, then side B on this tape is probarly good. Is side B not a kind of "Prosperity"? If so, how long should I use side B to attract the individual into my life. 1 Week? (because the paraliminal tape: Prosperity, says, that it should be used dayly for 1 week, then whenever you need to reaffirm your power - if you stall, then use it again I think, as AlexK said).

Hope to get some answers.

Hi,

Relationships Side B, has a "reputation" of only improving the relationships you have already. It is better to use Prosperity to attract new relationships. But if there is a specific person you know already, use Relationships Side B. Use Instantaneous Personal Magnetism and Prosperity to "attract", use Relationships side B to deepen your current relationships.

If you listen everyday for 7 days to a specific paraliminal with a specific goal, you should reap significant changes, it depends what you're up against. If you've had years of shyness or a bad attitude, don't expect changes in a week. If you are generally more optimistic and have higher self-esteem, changes should come quicker. Someone said the nearer you are to the truth the faster you change.

I would also like to hear more from you about the Paul McKenna LifeWorks program. How many tapes are there? and, What are the different sides of the tapes titled?

I hope Paraliminal listening brings you many pleasant suprises.

Any of the tapes can be used on an onging basis for short term goal. Like lifting your self esteem before a meeting... yes by all means use the self esteem supercharger for that. Relaxation for the sake of relaxation. yes! Personal Genius for the sake of thinking better, coming up with the right words for a meeting or even photoreading, yes. You'll notice that they are all usually subgoals that help you get to your main goal. If you want to listen to a 4th or 5th tape during a day thats fine. the point is you need a life in the physical realm not just in the head so you're not likely to want to listen to 5 paraliminals in a day every day.

Play with it just make sure that you give them time to work as well as giving yourself a minimum of 20minutes between paraliminals.

Basically all the tapes can be played for a week or a few times until you feel comfortable. Mostly you'll feel a sense of satiety when you've listened enough for a while. When you feel that you are getting frustrated or annoyed with the tapes it time to give it a break. Perhaps from all self improvment tapes or just the one you're currently working with. By giving it a break I mean stepping back and noticing what is happening in your life.

To Grant:
Not quite sure about that, because the case-cover says "Attract loving, supportive individuals" and "you must become the person you want to attract" (when using side B!).

What do others think, who have tried this tape? Is side B here good for attractions of relationships?

About Lifeworks*g*, then you can count the tapes on your own at their homepage, which you referrede to in another post . Good luck*g*.. Just kidding. The best insight I can give you is trying to either get the paperback of Lifeworks (not difficult to get/buy), there you can see what's all about.

Basically the tapes (in ALL the programs, and single tapes from Paul McKanna, Breen), are mostly made of NLP instructions, and some good tips (like alla Anthony Robbins) on side A, which again are triggered on side B, but in the indirect hypnosis. So the feelings you "build up" on side A, you are going to apply effectively with your uncounscios mind on side B. Some times also with multiple woices. All combined with binaural beats too (- it sounds and feels like binaural beats). Paul R. Scheele writes about hypnosis on page 164 in his Natural Brilliance book, that the powers of hypnosis can be turned to ones use. Amnesia can be used to forget the limitations of the past. Hallucinate that blocks have vanished too...And pretty much I think it's quite good combined with NLP on tapes.

To AlexK: Thanks again for an advice. I agree, if the tapes like "Self-Esteem Supercharger", "personal Genius"... are good at achieving the smaller goals needed, on your way to your big goals. I think I will play a little with it.

Ciao.
