I'm doing great in the 80's. The short term memory bothers me for some time, and it's getting worse. Is there a way to improve or stop it? I have tried Photo Reading and the
Memory Optimizer. There is not enough time left for me to do that.

Can someone give me a lead on it? I will appreciate it with all my heart.

Love, John

John,

There is a herb doctor in
California, Dr Schulze, who
has herbal formulations for
just about anything that is
wrong with you. I don't use
everything he has but what I
do use, works for me and also
my wife.

He has a formulation called,
Brain Formula, that you might
try for a couple of months.
I have not used it yet, but
it would be the first thing
I would get if I noticed a change in
my memory.

If you call, his botanical pharmacy
will send you a catalog. The phone
number is: 1-800-437-2362

He also has a website at: www.herbdoc.com

I hesitated about putting this
response here since it is, in a
way, off-topic, but then I have
been given good leads here by off-topic
responses to other threads.

I don't know if you are close by,
I don't know California, but his
pharmacy is at:
American Botanical Pharmacy
4114 Glencoe Avenue
Marina Del Rey, CA 90292

Gianni

John82, If you are doing Spring Forest Qigong meditations already, then I would suggest you remember to start your meditations with you desired to have good memory. I would also like to remind you to call on your master (some figure you have great respect for their ability to help / love / care), and have faith this loving master will send supportive energy.

You are perfection.

John82,

I have found the BT-7 Brain Tuner very effective for improving short-term memory. This technology had been researched in the Soviet Union for remission of Korsakov's psychosis (short-term memory loss due to excessive alcohol consumption)
You can listen to an excellent lecture by the creator of the Brain Tuner:
http://www.livingfromvision.com/realaud/bt6.html

BTW, if you do decide to buy one, it is essential that you wet the electrodes in distilled water soaked in SEA SALT (you can get this at a health food store)...regular water, table-salt-water will not do.
