Hi all.

I have listened to 'Memory Supercharger' three times now, but I don't feel that my memory has actually improved much. Altough it has improved a little!

The question is, that how many times I should listen the tape, to remember the same time you read? So you don't have to read a text again? Is it possible? I hope so

Thank you, if you answer!

If you notice a little improvement that's a good start. Any change or improvement you notice shows that the tape is working for you!

What are you doing before you listen? Remember, you need to study effectively before you listen to the tape. In other words, you should not just skim through a book and then listen to the tape, hoping you'll remember what you got out of the book, because you may not have gotten much out of the book in the first place.

When do you listen to the tape? When you have finished studying, listen to the tape before going to bed or the morning before a test. Make sure that when you read you are in a relaxed, yet alert state, ideal for learning and comprehension. The Personal Genius paraliminal tape can guide you into this state. Then, use the Memory Supercharger for accessing your greater memory bank, and without the common urgency people experience when they're taking a test. Personal Genius is for input, and Memory Supercharger is for accessing the input.

Good luck!

i agree with her. it is mostly good for after you learned a lot of information you want to remember. make sure you follow all of the instructions while the tape is playing. the first 15 times i listened to the tape, i followed MOST of the instructions, but last night i heard the part where he said "this good experience is repeating over and over" so i kept on thinking of the success i would have from getting better memory over and over, and i felt much more empowered. the tape is also for a long-term use. the more you listen to it, the better your memory will get. listen to it every day or once or twice a week, whenever you have the chance. i listen to it at night most of the time. after a few weeks, you'll notice a greater effect, and after some months, your memory will be much better than other people around you. remember, the best effects are long term, they just start small.

I have a question on this tape. I usually find myself spontaniously remembering uncomfortable facts while listening to this tape. Any advice on how to break out of that pattern?

Thanks all of you!

I've been listening the Memory Supercharger and I noticed this:

If I hear a song/music, I can remember it really well! This is just great! Or am I just imagining, LOL

Also, I've started remembering my dreams

BTW. Is it possible, to develop an eidetic memory, w/ this tape? I heard about a guy, who did this. Altough, I don't know, is this true..
