Thank you AlexK! Your response really helped. I saw the offer of free tapes before, so I'll probably go with that when I eventually buy them. One more thing, can I use more than one tape at a time, or will that be too confusing?

Personally I find it best to focus on one main goal when using paraliminals. Yet you can use more than one paraliminal to work on that goal. Sometimes you might just want to pop in a paraliminal like the 10 minute supercharger in some ways that is indirectly that is usually associated with a major goal.

For example passing the semester with a good grade might be the overall goal. You might use one paraliminal to build the behaviour necessary to study, the same day use memory supercharger after studying. Even sometime during the day you might enjoy listening to personal genius. By focusing on one particular goal at a time you see the results better. Rather than scattering your energy in too many directions at once. You get one thing working/rolling and then go onto the next.

I'd limit it to 3 per day because you got other things to do besides listening to paraliminals. right? On occasions you'll only listen to the paraliminal once for a goal other times perhaps a week then take a break until you get an idea what next goal/project you might like to use it for.

Just remember to give yourself at least 20 minutes between listening sessions. Another good thing to do is tell yourself why you are putting the tape on before you start listening especially if you decide you want to go to sleep at the end of the paraliminal session.

The information on how to use them is on the cover and any questions you have you can post on the forum.

Alex

I recently bought the Creative Genius paraliminal tape. When I use the tapes, I usually use it before I go to sleep. However, when Paul tells me to relax as he counts down, I always end up falling asleep. But when I wake up, I'm at the part when he's counting back up. Does this mean that tape worked or does it mean that I just slept through it? Thanks.

Yes it worked. If you want to be sure that it works just state your purpose for the session whenever you put the tape in at the start. That way if you decide that you will sleep through the count up or even turn the tape off before the count up you will have the benefits you desire.
