Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Spring Forest Qigong SFQ practicioners

Hi - I'm new to SFQ & the forum. Is there a way to look at a list of professional QuiGong practicioners? I would also like to know if anyone else here in Houston is interested in starting a group session. I love practicing by myself, but I understand it is amazing when doing with others.

I too look for the same. I'm in Jackson, MS.

I don't doubt you can find professional qigong practitioners in most big cities, but professional Spring Forest Qigong practitioners will be a bit harder to find, since Master Lin is the founder of the system.

I have found others who practice qigong, but have not worked with them because I do not like some of the beliefs I find too limiting in their systems. However, I had many enjoyable conversations about qigong with them.

(That's a fun word to say, hmm...Okay, okay, back to the topic!)

Master Lin taught a SFQ (Guide) program last week at his Minneapolis Healing Center. This was the primer to the more intensive teacher training which is slated to beging at the begining of next year.

There were 50 people from all over the US that attended and he plans to do another next year.

These students were trained to do introductions to SFQ and give guidance (thus the "Guide" name), to people who have taken the Level I or II as a class or home study.

The SFQ International Guild is working on a way to support people wanting to get together with other SFQ students in their area.

Those invited to do the intense teacher training will be able and authorized to teach SFQ classes Levels I through IV, I believe. They will then be listed on the SFQ web site.
