Hello,

Here are some of my behaviors:

* Anxiety when I think about my future: professional, relationships, money, etc I feel quite insecure about all this.
* Feeling overhelmed when I try to learn something new.
* Abandoning easily when I get stuck learning something.
* Usually I get distracted easily when learning.
* I've been strugling with photoreading for several months just to put an example, I seem to be unable to sit down to activate, fear to failure and overhelming bushwhack me.
* I tend to take things too personal.

In general, I feel stuck, congested...

I'd like to feel more relaxed, confident, creative, learn stuff without all this pain...

If you'd do me the favour, I'd like to know your opinions about courses like Sedona Method, Natural Brilliance, Holosync, etc. Anything that could get me out of where I'm and let me progress once and for all. I'd get just one for now, I'd rather focus on one than to split my attention on several.

Thanks for your time

This may not be the type of solution you're looking for, but 5-HTP has really helped me a bit with the ultra-anxiety. Combined with the Natural Brilliance Generator, it allows one to seriously change situations for the better. Just make sure that you don't combine 5-HTP with St. John's Wort. The effects are a combination of insomnia with the don't-give-a-hoot attitude of "Office Space."

You asked for opinions on Sedona, NB & holosync.

I'd suggest Sedona.

You know most of your concerns are already addressed in the PhRing book with ideas like NOPS and layering. Since you didn't pick them up, you need to learn how to release. The Sedona Method seems to be a worthwhile place for you to start.

good luck & hang in there

This is interesting to me to - I've been practising voluntary relaxation, affirmations and visualisation and have mdified my behaviuors in a positve way - butthe underlying anxiety and negative visualisation still seem to give me trouble - i'm not sure whether its a self esteem problem or natural/habitual? "seeing of risk" anyway i've ordered the paraliminal anxiety free andif it work I'll be singing from the house tops - Heres hoping - Please post any positve progress and i'll do the same

Anth.

It is not "natural/habitual" since our natural state is not negative. We are not born with a negative state. As we grow up, we actually "train" ourselves to be negative. From experiences we have, through encounters with others, as a result of our so called failures. Your self esteem can certainly be transformed by listening to Paraliminals, or other techniques such as Sedona, opening up your awareness by giving you choices, to break you out of any limiting state.
