Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with a severe case of procrastination/ADD?

If it is severe then seek the advice/guidance of a trained professional. They have a better understanding of the indivual situation and can provide a suitable program and support for working with it. It will also depend on the age group of the individual.

For an adult looking for other ways of taking control, you could consider the Get Around To It paraliminal, good motivator for getting those odd tasks done. The Self Esteem supercharger is a good tape. People tend to feel bad about themselves when they see themselves different from the norm, so the esteem one is a good pick me up. Anxiety Free could also be helpful if the reasons for procastionation are fear or anxiety based. And an all time favourite would be a the New Behaviour Generator for modelling some who doesn't procastinate.

For ADD drink plenty of cool water to help calm down when getting hyped up. It seems that ADD can be caused by dehydration so avoid the caffine and sugar based drinks.

It really depends on what and why you procastinate and if it really is severe, having a mentor to help you focus on your goals. Someone who can help you uncover why you choose to procastinate.

I have some good suggestions.

Why do you procrastinate? Is it your job (not interesting job?), sociallife (more fun than anything else, wichh might be more important?). What are you doing, since you are procrastinating?

Then, what do you want? Can you feel what you want? How would the ideal situation feel of what you want in your life, instead of procrastinating?

Then. What do you have to cut off, and do instead? Is it worthwhile?.

Good paraliminal tapes, to go for your goal, I think, are:

Get Around To It (really good:0))
Automatic Pilot (really good:0))
Self-Esteem Supercharger
Side B of the tape: New History Generator
Anxiety Free (if it's fears, that makes you procrastinate(?). Something bad from the past???).
Natural Brilliance (Can help you to get out of any stuckstates! Nice & Easy).

Thanks for the answers.
Sorry, but I did not explain myself. I am not a procrastinator but have a daughter who is and is currently seeking professional help. Just wanted to offer her some suggestions for paraliminal that might help.
