Greetings from southern New England.

I am new to SFQ, and I love it. It has already helped me with some of my health concerns, in just this short time. I just received my level 2 course material and I am very excited, and grateful for the chance to help others.

Has anyone had success in treating nail fungus? I have several family members who have nail fungus. The traditional medicines used to treat nail fungus have a quite a few side effects, some of which can be quite serious.

From what I've learned so far from level 2, I should start by working on the liver and then go to the nails. Sound right? Any suggestions?

Looking forward to hearing if anyone else have tryed working on nail fungus and what the results were.

Only the truth is true

In the absence of experience I have always relied to two bits of wisdom.

First, never assume you know where the blockages are, so detect them and work on them.

Second have faith that the enery you send will know where to go and what to do. Your job is to work on the six keys. Especially visualizing confidently that the healing has occurred. See the healthy nail by the time you have finished. Then expect it will manifest itself, don't go checking for lack of progress.

The fungus may be the result of a habitually re-establishing blockage, so check for blockages each day, or several times a day. Don't expect to find them, but we create many of our own blockages.

Master Lin says that the Chinese see each meal as a time to heal.

You are perfection,

Hello TLC,
SFQ works on all problems but you may also want to try a cure which works very well and has produced no side effects at all along with your SFQ healing.
Simply put a bit of LISTERINE mouthwash - the original yellow one, all around the nail and under the nail if possible, let it soak in and air dry naturally. If it is fingernails put Listerine in a small bowl and soak the fingernails in it.
Do this daily - it works extremely well and doing your SFQ will make it work faster.

Faune: Can I use the mint-flavored version -I tend to talk a lot with my hands and don't want that mediciney smell.

; )

Thanks for the side remedy

tlc: The active exercises can help ballance the blockage causing the symptom. You can also practice the sword fingers technique on them from Level I, and check out the Self Concentration exercise and see the liver completely clear and bathed in deep, green light.

Much Love & happy Valentine's Day to you all,

Shawn

Hello tlc....I hope it is proper to use other names in this forum. Walt Stoll M.D. suggests using plain old cheap white vinegar applied morning and night to the infected nail. It stops the fungus from spreading. Check out his website and you will find the info you need. It is inexpensive and works but it will take the time for the nail to completely grow out about, six months...and no side effects from drugs. Be patient and consistent for you can't miss one application.

Good luck.

Hi ,
I have only ever used and recommended the Original Listerine but if you check out the ingredients and they are the same except for the minty flavour/scent then I guess it will be OK.
It works quickly and with the SFQ you should have results within a week .

May I add that essential oils might help with this also? My brother had excellent results for his athletes foot with tea-tree essential oil. I've heard clary sage & sage are amazing for fungus (but they're quite powerful & caution is advised).
