You didn't really expect me to list them did you? Foods do not destroy your energy. Foods are a source of energy. The problem is getting the right amounts of the each kind of energy. It's the balance part we are looking for with SFQ. Use your choice of foods at each meal to create better balance within yourself.
As for knowledge about what foods are good for you. They all are good for you. However too much of any one kind is not good for you. So where is my information on balance? Well you can develop in SFQ and listen to your own signals for what is needed to balance. Or you could check your nations recommended food guide. It's a great starting point. Almost everyone would achieve better balance if they followed those very simple guides.
Sorry, if my answer is a little flip. However, I doubt your would have like the wise-master-like answer of "you".
