I just ordered Level 1. In Learning Springforest Qigong, how often and for what periods of time do you work on learning each part. Is it better to work in groups or alone?

Aloha joangolfing,

The course will go into this, and doing it with a group has it's benefits.

There are ways to integrate SFQ into your day without the 30 or 40 minute set time. You best plan of action is to do the active exercises in a way that will keep you consistent and doing it.

If you search back through the earlier posts, there are some ones that address this. I'd start with clicking on this one.

Much Love, Shawn
