Thank you for your thoughtful reply.
By sizzle, I meant getting passionate about your goal. Interesting, my wording got the result I most wanted to experience.
To get myself to Open up and realize I already knew what to do, only need to get quiet and look inside. So, my send got me to do that.
And my reply to my post got your reply, which got me to look at how again, so creativily I put my goal off into the non-existence future rather than living in now. So, thanks you for facilating me bring my goal into now. I'm experiencing my goal now 
Oh, on your question, I did use the first of 7 Step from AFL course.
