Hello Freinds,

I wanted to know if there are any rules for effective use of autosuggestion.

If there are then what could they be?

Can you guys help me with your experience and insights as to, Ho autosuggestion could be made very effective?

They need to be believable, Achievealbe, what you truely desire and need to be posivite.; said in the present tense.

I have a new car is not believeable when you are driving an old bomb so say something like I choose to have a new car or I allow myself to have a new car.

hmm,

also I was wondering as to how long the effects of autosuggestions last.

I have observed that in matter of personal change the effect lasts to 3 to 5 days?

whats your opinion?

It takes 21 to 30 days to form a new habit if you drop them before they become yours then yep the changes won't be lasting.

thanks for the quick reply.

I was also wondering if a persona can use two autosuggestion at the same time or just one to increase the efficiency.

for e.g, what would be effective, lets say "I am getting better and better day by day and I also think positively"

OR

just "I think positively"

thanks

make it two seperate auto suggestions. You can use individually or together.

Teh second one "I am positive" might need a bit of work. Ever hear someone retort when told they need to be more postive?

It goes something like "I suck at this." Next person, "you need to be have a better attitude than that if you want to get better at it. Think positive." First person. "I am! I'm Positive that I suck."

The mind reacts that way so you might want to be specific about how you think positive. You might find something like, 'I expect the best to happen. my mind is focused on the good that I seek.'

Hey Alex,

Thanks for your suggestions and sharing the knowledge.

"I expect the best to happen....." seems a good suggestion to work on.

thanks so much

Here's one that I love:

"Nothing prevents my success - not even me!"
It will take care of all those negative filters set up by the conscious mind. You the know, the little voice that says "Oh yeah?"
