Hey, I'm hoping I can get input. After many years of feeling lost and confused, I know what I want to do with my life. I want to be a 'personal growth' flow coach and holistic therapist, sharing with others tools for change and also help others heal...

It's not the lack of good choices that bothers me. The more choices I find out about, the more anxious and indesicive I feel. Then eventually I give up trying to decide and end up leaving it all together, because I get worried about picking the less optimal desicions.....and financially I can only afford to do one or two of the following

The following are options I'm interested in...
Life Coaching Diploma course
Cognitive Therapy Diploma course
NLP Practioner
Hypnotherapy
Sedona Method Seminar
Release Technique
PhotoReading (seminar) and other associated LSC programs
Effort-Free Life System
Holosync and Life Principles Integration Process
Win WEnger's methods
Silve Method
Thought Field Therapy
Emotional Freedom Technique
Circular Strenght Mag Certification couse from www.rmax.tv
Spring Forest Qigong

and others.

I know many of the above complement each other, but I need a good foundation to start with to allow me to make it easier for me to increase more skill sets and competencies as well as helping others learn these methods. I need to fuse it all together somehow...

I feel I'm self-sabotaging and evidence shows I'm not being personally effective. I've got a lot of emotional baggage and it feels like it's building up day-by day.

I know the methods and processes within these programs are sound, but I can't seem to apply them.

I bought so many books as well as some paraliminals, including Natuaral Brilliance, PhotoReading, Sedona Method, Emotional Healing, Success Principles, but I never even got round to reading the majority of them.

I read PR book, but I can't seem to apply the method.

I'm thinking of buying an audio program, but I get so overwhelmed by the choices available. I want to preferably order them from www.lifetools.com...

Please help

Hello

I would start with NLP as it would give you the fondations, to speed up your other learning, plus NLP as so many many patterns, to start you on your way, and you might even find if you look, that you can become a NLP life skill coach, at the same time as doing your practitioner. check out. http://www.mentalcombat.co.uk/

Don't worry about making a mistake in your choice. The funny thing about making a commitment it starts to flow and if it doesn't produce enough income you will find other means once you start connecting with people in those areas.

You know many of the resources and growth tools now is the time to select the ones that will support you. That be the best ones to teach others.

I remember when I made the decision to take the PhotoReading Instructor training. I didn't know if I could do it but figured. I'll take it one day at a time and then use the Learning Strategies skills from the courses I own and I figured it would be a great test for the Paraliminals. I just decided to use a Paraliminal if I ever get stuck.

Once you start on the path, there might be detours and challenges. If you see yourself as growing then like the tree in the wind you bend a little. There really is no wrong choice when you take it as far as you can.

The starting place is to interview people who are working in those areas. Find out if they are earning a living from it and what they are doing to supplement their income if they are not. How easy or hard it ws to get started and what they would do differently if they started over.

It sounds to me like you have two things going on. Ask yourself if you don't agree.

First, it sounds like you are taking yourself way to seriously. You know how to get rid of emotional baggage? You drop it. That's it. Let it go. Go to a mirror in your home right this minute and look at your face. Concentrate then stick out your tongue!

Next, you strike me as someone who is looking for permission to step into your power. You have this huge list of techniques that everyone under the sun offers courses in so you can be "qualified." Let me ask you something.

Who is more qualified than you to talk about the experiences and wisdom you have gained from life? And don't tell me you haven't gained any..if you really haven't you'd be completely in a coma or dead.

You need to make a list of the things in your life you want to achieve. Not so you can go save the world...just for you. Make a list of the things that matter to you...that make you feel passionate about living. Go work on these things. Save yourself. Make your life wonderful. Then you will be ready to coach or help to heal other people.

You have to save yourself before you can save anyone else. Trust me. Been there, done that.

All the best!

I like what you said about waiting for our own permission before feeling "qualified." I think this is very important. I've had experience of holding my own self back, because I thought I wasn't worth much if I didn't complete some personal growth course. Although, the adversiting sometimes upsets me because they come off as leaving our lives incomplete if not bought. So yeah, there's my 2 cents.

I've now done 6 days of Holosync's Awakening Prologue. It's nice. Have to keep reminding myself not to rush it. The reason why I feel impatient is because I don't want to waste anymore time. So far, my efforts have been haphazard. It's not yielding the productivity I'm hoping for.

Maybe I'm being too hard on myself. If I'm honest, I'm also very angry that people see me as a black-sheep and a joke. I know I shouldn't care too much what others think. Intuitively, I know I've got a lot of potential, but my critics (both inner and external) always leads to me doubting myself. It's like I'm a magnet, which attracts all the negative vibes and my mind gets so attached to them.

*sigh* wished I've got natural brilliance!!!

But because I lost my job last week, finance is a problem now, because I re-invested my money with these courses.

I' ve also applied for the intensive Hypnotherapy diploma course by mental combat as well as the weekend Softwork seminar this October coming by rmax.

Hope to get some beneficial momentum
