when listening to the paraliminal sessions, i find it difficult to focus on all the voices at once... i make the effort to pay attention and i often fall to sleep and not remember what i was supposed to gain from the session. any ideas on how to deal with this? thanks.

You are doing fine. That is supposed to happen. Your conscious brain gives up and your subconscious brain takes over. Make a goal before you start listening to the CD - your purpose for listening to the CD. Then just listen, fall asleep and you'll wake up at the end.

Please tell us more about your experience. Please post under the Paraliminal Learning section so more people using paraliminals can read/suggest/get new ideas.
